Horses for Courses® and Breath of Fresh Air® are showcasing our unique approach to developing high performing leaders. Our standard Connected Leadership Programme lasts two days however, due to popular demand, we have created this special one day masterclass to:
• Explore the qualities and behaviours of high performing leaders
• Understand how to become a Connected Leader
• Learn how to lead yourself and others effectively in a fast moving and ever changing business environment
• Gain feedback on your personal leadership strengths
• Invest quality time reviewing how to be more effective in your role
We have planned a very special day for you; join us on the 28th June or 4th October 2012 to:
• Reflect on your approach to leadership
• Talk to like-minded people and share ideas and challenges
• Take a Breath of Fresh Air® - a guided walking workshop
• Apply horse whispering techniques to communicate with horses and to become their leader
• Create an action plan for implementing new ideas when you return to the office
After a welcoming coffee and light breakfast and a brief introduction in the training room of this delightful converted barn, you will have the opportunity to take part in both a walking workshop around the Northamptonshire countryside and to work with horses using horse whispering techniques. Refreshments will be served throughout the day including lunch.
